When you want to know what’s really going on in Palmetto Bay, you ask the source. Today’s guest on the show is Village Manager, Nick Marano. This is where the rubber meets the road and Nick is the guy who manages the staff and resources of the Village to get things done!

We discussed his vision, the current and future plans for the downtown development, the 87th Avenue Bridge project, the ongoing SW 136th Street road and passageway project and a whole lot more.
