Hal's Note:  This was a multi-year project with Guillermo. I am very happy to have learned a lot about how to move a home to closing while trying to gain a Certificate of Reoccupancy. Guillermo is an amazing person who never cut corners and was always doing what was best for everyone. It was a pleasure to have met him and to now call him a fried.
