Hal was my 3rd realtor in 5 months. As soon as I met him, I knew with his approach towards our search that he would find me a home for my family. Any realtor can sell or buy a house. Hal found homes, there is a difference! He quickly learned that my needs and what I was looking for would make it fairly difficult to locate the perfect one. Well, after only about 1 month working with Hal, in a fairly active and competitive market, he did it.
