James Shields (Seller of townhome in Pinecrest)

I understand the nature of the depressed market in Miami.  This depression allows [other] listing realtors to list properties with claims and promises of "top dollar" sales prices.

When the ink dried on the listing agreement, [my prior] listing realtor invariably started finding things "wrong" with the property and pressured me for massive price reductions based solely on low-ball offers from persons connected to the real estate industry.

I received none of this abuse from you. Thanks!

(Hal's Note:  This is why I always tell it straight from the beginning.  Pricing wrong leads to frustration.  It also lowers the Realtor's credibility when they have to beg to reduce the price.  This townhouse sold within 14 days of listing with no price reductions and at a price slightly higher than estimated.)
