Oh Baby! It Takes A Village

On April 9th, more than 250 of Pinecrest’s Bet Shira Synagogue helped welcome Charlotte Lily Kula to their congregation during a joyous baby naming ceremony. Charlotte is the newborn daughter of Rabbi Mark H. Kula and his wife Coreen Duffy.

During the service, Rabbi Kula noted how “it takes a village” and what a miracle and blessing Charlotte is to their lives. At times he laughed and at times he held back tears of joy. It was a love-filled evening for all. Founding Rabbi David H. Auerbach gave the benediction.

Bet Shira Congregation is a Conservative synagogue located at 7500 SW 120th Street in Miami, Florida. It numbers 500 member families.
