Today I had the pleasure to meet and help one of our American Veterans.  About three weeks ago, this vet found one of my properties (10247 SW 184th Street) and decided it was great fit.  Tonight, I met him at the house and handed him the keys...

Over the past three weeks, his Realtor® and I have worked diligently with Coconut Grove Bank (seller) to expedite the sale.  I was amazed at how quickly all parties rallied around the cause and made it a smooth and seamless transaction.
