Exclusive: Tour Palmetto Bay's Brand New Village Hall

I was lucky enough to get an exclusive look at the new Palmetto Bay Village Hall, which seems to be now called the Municipal Center.  It makes perfect sense when you see all the people in accommodates.

The building is not only functional, but Green in more ways than you can count.  Rainwater becomes flushing and irrigation supply.  Solar panels on the roof sell back electricity to FPL.  Air conditioning and lighting are specially designed to be incredibly efficient.  Take a look!
