Top 10 Places to Buy and Sell A Home
/Although the real estate market is still not good, it isn't bad either. Recent numbers in our area are trending toward much lower inventory and relatively flat sales volume. This indicates stabilization.
This morning, Good Morning America and Zillow reported on the Top 5 Places to Buy and Sell a Home. Additional materials online expanded the list to Top 10.
I find it comforting to not see any areas in South Florida on those lists. It means that we are seeing the pendulum swing toward the middle again. Prices are stabilizing and even rising a bit in Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay over the past two months. Perhaps we have seen the worst of the market now.
Personally, I think this is a great time to buy a home in South Florida.
