/Many people prefer homes inside a gated community. Besides added security of a monitored entry, gated communities can offer amenities and a stronger sense of community. The Miami, FL suburbs certainly have their share of gated communities. I’ve been in all these communities and would be happy to accompany you on a tour and provide more detailed information.
Palmetto Bay has the following gated communities:
Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo consists of 72 homes behind an electronic security gate. Casa de Campo was started by the developer, Zingg Homes, L.C., who began building in 1998 (at that time known as the "Karenero Falls" subdivision. The project was purchased by Casa de Campo Developments, LLC in December 2002, which completed the rest of the homes in 2004. The community was gated in 2013 and named Casa de Campo. The one and two-story 3 or 4 bedroom homes feature barrel tile roofs, brick driveways & walkways, volume & tray ceilings and 1 & 2 car garages, Mediterranean bricked courtyards or pools with bricked decks. Interior lots are approximately 5000-6000 square feet with larger corner lots. The largest lot in the development is 8990 square feet. Fun fact: Eight homes in this gated community are actually outside the gate.

Coral Cay
Coral Cay consists of 10 estate homes behind an electronic security gate. The homes were built 1999-2001. Most feature a large foyer entrance, marble floors, formal living room and dining room, and french doors with lots of windows maximizing light. The expansive family room and breakfast alcove (overlooking the pool), complement the gourmet kitchen.

Cutler Oaks
