There is wild speculation in the media and in many social circles about how the NAR settlement and the pending removal of commissions (offers of compensation to the buyer’s agent) from the MLS will affect home prices.

It would be nice if homes were a bit more affordable, but I spoke with an expert who tells me that’s not in our immediate future.
